Short Biography

My therapeutic approach is integrative. I specialized in Trauma with the intent of working to break generational patterns as well as work with first responders, military personnel, and humanitarians. As a South Asian therapist in Los Angeles who has experienced and witnessed the stigma around mental health globally, I bring mindfulness and somatic tools to my clients to help them find balance and create the shifts that they need while exploring the lived experiences which brought them to therapy in a meaningful, healing way. Having worked both domestically and internationally in the humanitarian sector, I have gained insights which enable me to provide a compassionate and empowering environment for my patients.
