Short Biography

If your past still feels a little too present—like it shows up in your relationships, your body, or those quiet moments you can’t quite shake—you’re not alone. I work with folks carrying trauma, especially the layered, complex kind that often shows up in our relationships with others… the messy, confusing kind that’s hard to name but easy to feel. In our sessions, we might use approaches like EMDR, DBR, or parts therapy—fancy terms, sure, but really they’re just ways to help your nervous system settle and your story make more sense. I’m licensed in Arizona and offer telehealth across Utah, Wisconsin, and Florida. Therapy with me isn’t stiff or overly clinical; it’s real, sometimes a little raw, and grounded in curiosity and meaning. Ever notice how patterns repeat, even when you swear they won’t? Yeah… we can gently get into that, together.

Therapy Philosophy

I believe that once we understands someones story we can understand someones behavior. We have the capacity to change, but change isn't easy.
