Short Biography

Hello! I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist. I am licensed in both California and Hawaii and I offer telehealth/virtual appointments for both CA and HI residents.

Therapy Philosophy

In therapy sessions, I primarily utilize Attachment-Focused EMDR and talk therapy, Emotion-Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and various interventions from Narrative Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Throughout my professional career, I have worked in a residential setting, community mental health agency, and outpatient clinics. I primarily work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, trauma-related disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, and eating disorders. I am passionate in working with the Asian, Asian-American, immigrants, first gen, and LGBTQ+ communities.
