Short Biography

Are you neurodivergent and feeling burned out from masking, misunderstood in relationships, or unsure how to communicate your needs? I’m an LPC and NCC (M.Ed.) providing affirming, trauma-informed therapy for self-diagnosed, late diagnosed, or clients who want to explore possible diagnosis. I specialize in working with ADHD and autistic adults, as well as couples and poly relationships, who are navigating communication differences, identity, and emotional overwhelm.

Therapy Philosophy

Many clients come to therapy frustrated by systems that don’t understand them. I work to help you understand yourself and build practical tools, not to "fix" you. Therapy with me is collaborative, affirming, and practical. You can expect both validation and tools that you can use in your daily life.

Special Training & Certifications

Greetings... Many clients come to therapy frustrated by systems that don’t understand them. I work to help you understand yourself and build practical tools, not to "fix" you. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, questioning, intersex, queer, and asexual clients. I draw from an eclectic approach including CBT, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and the Gottman Method for couple's work, always tailoring therapy to fit your unique needs rather than forcing you into a one-size-fits-all model.
