Short Biography

As a specialized anxiety and trauma therapist, I help first-generation and bicultural adult individuals move through the invisible weight of patterns passed down long before you. If you've landed here, something in you is ready even if another part of you isn't sure yet. You might be someone who looks "fine" from the outside but knows something deeper is off. Maybe you've tried to push through, figure it out on your own, or simply keep moving and yet here you are, still feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just... heavy. That's not a failure. That’s your nervous system letting you know something needs to change.

Therapy Philosophy

believe healing happens in the space between being truly seen and gently challenged. I'll never rush you, and I'll never make you feel like you have to perform your healing. We go at your pace. This isn't about fixing you. You're not broken. It's about helping you understand yourself more deeply, so you can move through your life with more ease. In our sessions, we slow down. We make space for the things that are hard to say out loud. Together, we'll start to make sense of what you've been carrying how your past experiences may be quietly shaping your reactions, your relationships, & your sense of self today. Visit my website or email me to book an immediate free consult & discuss your next steps.
