Short Biography

I am a licensed psychotherapist and board-certified art therapist offering trauma-informed, depth-oriented therapy for individuals navigating stress, identity, relational wounds, and life transitions. My work integrates neuroscience, relational therapy, EMDR-informed approaches, and creative expression to support meaningful, lasting change. I work with adults from diverse cultural and spiritual backgrounds, with a particular sensitivity to identity, family systems, and intergenerational experiences.

Therapy Philosophy

I believe healing is not about fixing what is “wrong,” but understanding what has been shaped through experience. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and culturally attuned, honoring both the nervous system and the deeper meaning behind emotional patterns. I integrate structured clinical approaches with reflective and creative processes, allowing therapy to move beyond surface-level coping into deeper awareness, regulation, and transformation. Therapy is collaborative, paced, and grounded in respect for each person’s internal wisdom.
