Short Biography
I am a Therapist California based originally from the Bronx, New York. I attended the State Uni at Buffalo in Undergrad. I then attended Alliant University for my Master in Marriage and Family therapy. I offer a sanctuary where you can explore the fabric of your life through understanding your trauma, connecting to your nervous system, and understanding your somatic narratives. I believe in a holistic approach, weaving together self , mind, and body. It is where we find true healing. I assist as you find insight on your unique path towards wholeness.
Therapy Philosophy
I specialize w/ burnout in the tech industry, individuals involved in transracial adoption, and mixed race couples/families. I help navigate burnout, trauma, racial identity, and cultural disconnection. I support teens and adults who were/are in foster care, adopted or those who identify as caretakers in need of support. If you're seeking a space where your whole being is honored, where you can explore the whirlwind of life. I invite you to reach out. Let's understand and explore self discovery together.
