Short Biography

With a background in exercise science, health, and yoga, I bring a holistic mind–body perspective to therapy. I work with athletes, adventurers, busy professionals, and individuals who may feel marginalized, offering a supportive space where all experiences are respected. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, ADHD, identity exploration, relationship challenges, stress, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are high-achieving individuals who appear successful outwardly while managing significant internal pressure. Together, we develop practical tools and deeper self-understanding to build resilience and clarity. My work is grounded in Gestalt therapy, which focuses on awareness, presence, and authentic connection. We explore patterns, emotions, and the ways stress and relationships show up in the body. Through this process, clients often rediscover their values, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with a sense of purpose and balance.
