I help adults dealing with Complex PTSD, dissociation and grief to feel understood and make real change in their lives. If you have been struggling with your emotions, feeling overwhelmed by life, and wanting to feel different, reach out and we can see if we might be a good match.

I come to the work with trauma-informed, attachment based approaches, with a large focus being on our relationship and attunement so that you can feel safe and ready to get into the tough stuff.
