Therapy Philosophy

My goal is to provide guidance with finding yourself by identifying triggers and create safe and healthy coping alternatives. Along with helping you on your journey called life, I will assist you in embracing and becoming more confident in yourself. My background is dual diagnosis with experience in trauma therapy. I use a variety of methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and am in ongoing training. As a social worker I believe in expanding your ability to feel empowered to take back your life and strengthen your current abilities. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. If requested, I also provide therapy from a Christian foundation.
