Short Biography

I work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, postpartum experiences and life transitions. I especially enjoy helping couples improve communication, rebuild trust and feel more connected to one another. My approach is warm, collaborative and focused on meaningful, lasting change, with both insight and practical tools you can use in your everyday life. I help individuals and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected understand their patterns and move forward with clarity. If you find yourself repeating the same relationship patterns, struggling to communicate or feeling unsure of yourself, therapy can help you make sense of what’s happening and begin to shift your thinking. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and can integrate faith if it’s important to you. I strive to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.
