Short Biography

Mindfulness-based therapist for high-achieving South Asian and first-generation adults navigating anxiety, burnout, and cultural pressure. I help you slow down, feel more grounded, and reconnect with your authentic self—without losing your ambition.

Therapy Philosophy

I take a holistic, mindfulness-based approach that integrates modern psychology with deeper, body-based and contemplative practices. Therapy with me isn’t just about managing symptoms—it’s about understanding the patterns beneath your anxiety, perfectionism, or burnout and creating lasting change. I believe many high-functioning individuals have learned to stay “on” for so long that slowing down can feel unfamiliar or even unsafe. Together, we gently shift that pattern by building awareness, regulating the nervous system, and reconnecting you to your inner clarity and values. My work is culturally attuned, especially for South Asian and first-generation clients navigating identity, family expectations, and the pressure to succeed. I aim to create a space where you don’t have to hold it all together—and can begin to feel more like yourself again.
