Short Biography

You may sometimes feel frustrated, alone, or disconnected when stuck in old patterns—I am here to help you navigate these challenges with compassion and clarity. I work with couples facing communication issues, sexual desire discrepancies, and cultural differences. I also support families in strengthening parent–child relationships, fostering mutual respect and harmony at home. For individuals, I provide support through depression and anxiety, identity exploration, and major life transitions. Together, we’ll work toward building fulfilling relationships—with yourself, with loved ones, and with the world around you.
