Psychotherapist, Certified Brainspotting Therapist

Gender Identity: female

Short Biography

Get specialized therapy with a skilled Asian American therapist who can help you get unstuck, feel more calm, and live life with more confidence. I help adults with chronic stress, imposter syndrome, burnout and complicated family relationships cope with our stressful world and more effectively resolve relationship conflicts in a way that aligns with your values. I utilize a trauma informed and culturally responsive approach as we work together on healing from the exhaustion from being constantly on alert and taking care of everything and everyone. You can learn how to break generational patterns of overwhelm, grief, shame and guilt to create a happier and more meaningful life that aligns with your personal values instead of a life based on what others think you should have, where you can more effectively communicate what you want and confidently say no to the things you don’t want. Many of my clients say that after specialized trauma informed therapy where we use Brainspotting and IFS, they have more clarity and are more confident in taking action to improve their life. I am licensed and see clients who are in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, North Carolina, and South Carolina. My office is in the Atlanta, Georgia area where I also offer in-person therapy. In addition to standard 50 minute sessions, I also offer extended 90 minute sessions for those who want to do both Brainspotting and IFS and would also like nervous system regulation to help with the feelings that can come up in session.

Therapy Philosophy

A good relationship with your therapist is essential for getting the most from therapy so I offer a free 15-minute online video consultation to answer your questions about what it is like to work with me.
