Short Biography
Relational, affirming, and integrative — valuing the depth and diversity of lived experience. In our work together, I walk alongside you as a supportive ally in your healing and self-discovery—meeting you where you are with curiosity and care. As a racialized therapist attuned to intersectionality, I hold space for diverse experiences with steadiness and warmth. At the heart of my work is a deep belief in our innate capacity to heal and grow.
Therapy Philosophy
I am trained in EMDR, Lifespan Integration, Internal Family Systems, and attachment theory. My approach is body-centered, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and grounded in polyvagal-informed approach. These frameworks invite nervous system exploration, helping you notice how stress, trauma, and relationships show up in your body.
Special Training & Certifications
My training includes EMDR, Lifespan Integration (Level 3), Internal Family Systems (IFS, Levels 1 & 2), Brainspotting (Levels 1 & 2), attachment theory, Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), and nervous system- and polyvagal-informed approaches.
