Short Biography

As an EMDR trained Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I invite clients to label and gain insight on negative core beliefs they subconsciously learned at a young age. I have worked with clients from ages 4 to 65 for the past five years. My specialties are work-life balance, life transitions, intergenerational trauma, anxiety, and depression. I provide a nonjudgmental space to create meaning making conversations that help you feel seen and heard. Using evidence based practices, we will create a treatment plan that will address your symptoms. Outside of sessions, I enjoy playing Pikmin Bloom, doing aerial arts, and walking outside.

Therapy Philosophy

I work from a person-centered and collaborative framework in which I believe clients are the experts of themselves and I am right alongside them as we uncover insights and patterns during sessions.

Special Training & Certifications

I am trained in EMDR since 2023 and use it often with trauma clients.
