Short Biography

I'm a relational therapist who works with children, teens, parents, and families. Most of the people I work with are trying to make sense of something: why a relationship keeps hitting the same wall, why their child is struggling in ways that are hard to understand, or why certain patterns keep showing up no matter how hard they try to change them. Therapy, to me, is about slowing down enough to actually look at those things together with curiosity and without judgment.

Therapy Philosophy

Growing up between cultures gave me an early understanding of how much context shapes us. Learning to navigate different expectations, values, and unspoken family rules meant paying close attention to the stories people carry and how those stories influence the way we connect, protect ourselves, and relate to others. That lens still shows up in how I work.

Special Training & Certifications

I have experience helping children, teens, adults, and couples in navigating the twists and turns of life and relationships. I have training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Play Therapy, and Emotionally-Focused Couples and Family Therapy.
