Yuki Shida is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 9 years of clinical experience, a certified EMDR therapist, and the founder of a group practice in Irvine, California dedicated to serving the Asian American and Pacific Islander community. Yuki specializes in working with Asian American children of immigrants navigating anxiety, childhood trauma, and the layered complexity of growing up between cultures. Her clinical approach is trauma-informed and relationally grounded, drawing on EMDR, Gottman Method Level 2, and a deep understanding of how family systems, cultural expectations, and intergenerational dynamics shape the way we see ourselves and the world.
