Short Biography

I am a licensed psychotherapist providing virtual individual therapy to clients residing in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Colorado. I take a trauma-informed, strengths-based, client-centered approach to my therapy work. As a creative individual, you can also expect me to offer reflection activities that are not only talk-focused/word-focused. Together, we will take opportunities to return to your bodily experience and practice embodying healing (not just talking about it).

Therapy Philosophy

I value creativity in the therapy space and I believe that you are the expert in your own experience. In my experiences with mental and physical health care, I notice an emphasis on protocol and efficiency. When it comes to the human lives, protocol can often harm or dismiss people instead of supporting them. I try to allow space for flexibility and creative interventions to come organically in the therapy space instead of trying to conform the time to a specific structure. I believe by allowing for flexibility and creativity, your experience can have the space to unfold and be honored.
