Short Biography

Being a human is exhausting, and sometimes it all just feels like… a lot. You being here, reading this, is already something. Whether you’re struggling to get un-stuck, navigating a lot of challenges or change, or just wanting to feel better from day to day - I’ve got you. We’ve got this. As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, I understand the importance (and difficulties) of gaining a deeper understanding of who you are, so that you can fully and authentically accept and love yourself.

Therapy Philosophy

My therapy is based in empowerment. My goal is to help you learn therapeutic skills and strategies that work for YOU. We’ll work together to build confidence and trust in yourself and your ability to get through hard moments and tough times.

Special Training & Certifications

Some days we’ll problem-solve, other days we’ll reflect and explore patterns, and sometimes we’ll simply untangle and hold space for the heavy feelings and thoughts you’ve been carrying. I weave humor and warmth into our work to make difficult moments feel more manageable. My hope is that you leave each session feeling steadier, more understood, and more in tune with yourself.
