Short Biography

I’m an LCSW, licensed in NM, CT, and SC (telehealth registration). I’m a native to the southwestern US and have experience working with people in the borderland regions. I’m an EMDR-trained therapist who operates from a systems perspective. I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief, all in the setting of the various systems we are a part of. My goal is to join people as they heal, build resilience, and learn how to cultivate opportunities for joy.

Therapy Philosophy

I believe that healing happens in community. It’s a reciprocal relationship that requires a collective responsibility each other.
