Tasha Harris is a licensed therapist and private practice owner based in Arkansas, providing intentional, client-centered care focused on clarity, growth, and sustainable change. She specializes in working with parents and parents of teens to support healthy development and stronger family systems. She is also passionate about helping women overcome societal pressures and biases to develop a grounded sense of self and true empowerment.
