Short Biography
I pride myself on being a nontraditional therapist and showing up authentically. My expertise includes PTSD & stress management, mood disorders, grief, anxiety, sexual trauma, physical & emotional abuse, and LGBTQ & women's issues. I also have experience providing psychoeducation and prevention for individuals within the judicial system. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to determine fit.
Therapy Philosophy
I am committed to providing an environment that allows clients to feel safe and express their voices without judgment. I believe mental and emotional wellness is a team effort, and my methods include a plan of action that considers the client's unique needs, values their input, and improves their quality of life.
