I pride myself on being a nontraditional therapist and showing up authentically. My expertise includes PTSD & stress management, mood disorders, grief, anxiety, sexual trauma, physical & emotional abuse, and LGBTQ & women's issues. I also have experience providing psychoeducation and prevention for individuals within the judicial system. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to determine fit.
