Short Biography

I specialize in relational and integrative therapy for women and couples navigating love, trauma, identity, and the profound transitions that life-changing experiences bring including psilocybin journeys. I became a therapist because healing changed my life. I've navigated my own relational wounds, cultural disconnection, and the kind of transformation that asks everything of you. I work somatically and relationally, weaving together evidence-based modalities with embodied and ancestral approaches because healing happens in the body, in relationship, and in the stories we carry from those who came before us.

Therapy Philosophy

I believe healing is a return to the body, to the self, to love that feels genuinely safe. My work lives at the intersection of the clinical and the experimental, weaving somatic and depth-oriented modalities with the wisdom of ancestral healing. I trust that the wounds shaped in relationship can also be transformed there. I bring my whole self to this work, including my own journey through relational pain, cultural disconnection, and profound transformation. My role is not to fix but to accompany with presence, humility, and deep reverence for the wisdom each person already carries.

Special Training & Certifications

My clinical training includes an M.A. in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Denver Family Institute. I am currently pursuing psilocybin facilitation licensure through DORA in Colorado.
