Short Biography

I specialize in supportive work with individuals experiencing critical mental health concerns, PTSD, life stressors, and substance use challenges, including co-occurring disorders and high-risk behaviors. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can address what’s happening right now while building skills for long-term stability and growth. I practice from a trauma-informed lens and thoughtfully consider cultural identity, systemic stressors, and lived experience in our work together.
