BIPOC Identifying

LMFT

Gender Identity: female

Short Biography

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who offers a calm, compassionate, and trauma-informed space for healing and self-understanding. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational challenges, supporting them in reconnecting with their inner strengths and sense of meaning.

Therapy Philosophy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that healing occurs when the nervous system feels safe enough to soften and when all parts of the self are met with compassion. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and nervous system, informed practices, I view symptoms not as problems to eliminate, but as protective responses shaped by lived experiences.
