Short Biography

I’m Victoria Ward, LMHC and owner of Enlighten Wellness Counseling LLC, providing telehealth therapy for individuals and families across Massachusetts. My work is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in a background in forensic psychology. I support clients navigating anxiety, emotional stress, life transitions, and complex experiences, including justice involvement. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and SMART, I help clients build emotional regulation, increase self-awareness, and develop practical coping strategies.

Therapy Philosophy

I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for healing, growth. I help clients build safety, strengthen self‑regulation, and understand how past experiences shape behavior and relationships. I support children, teens, and adults with a grounded, compassionate approach. With forensic psychology training, I also work effectively with justice‑involved clients.
