Short Biography

Hello, my name is Madison! I support adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties.

Therapy Philosophy

Emotional distress does not appear out of nowhere—our experiences, relationships, and the broader environments we live in all shape the ways we learn to navigate the world. My approach is trauma-informed and relational, while also paying attention to how our environments shape our experiences. I draw from attachment-based and psychodynamic ideas about patterns and relationships while integrating mindfulness and CBT tools when helpful.

Special Training & Certifications

I hold a certificate in Child and Adolescent counseling and have received training in CBT, DBT, and ACT.
