Short Biography

If you’ve found yourself here, there’s a good chance something has been feeling heavy for a while. Many people spend a long time trying to manage things on their own before finally reaching a point where something feels off emotionally, in their relationships, or in the way they’ve been feeling day to day, even if they can’t fully explain why. You may feel emotionally exhausted from carrying everything on your own, stuck in the same arguments with your partner, disconnected from yourself, or constantly overthinking conversations and decisions. Some people feel like they’re always “on,” trying to keep up with work, responsibilities, relationships, and expectations while feeling overwhelmed underneath it all. Others struggle to open up emotionally, avoid conflict, shut down during difficult conversations, or feel frustrated that they can’t seem to communicate the way they want to.

Therapy Philosophy

Therapy can be a space to slow things down and better understand what’s been happening beneath the surface. Together, we can start untangling some of the patterns, stress, and emotional weight that have been hard to carry on your own. My style is down-to-earth, holistic, and realistic. I want therapy to feel like a real conversation where you don’t have to perform, have all the right words, or pretend everything is okay. Many of the people I work with are used to pushing through, overthinking, staying busy, or carrying things on their own for so long that they’ve lost touch with what they actually want and need.

Special Training & Certifications

Sometimes having a space to slow things down, talk openly, and feel understood can make things feel a little less heavy. Reaching out can feel like a big step. If any of this resonates, feel free to reach out and we can talk through what’s going on and see if it feels like a good fit for you.
