Gender Identity: male

Short Biography

I’m an LCSW providing affirming telehealth therapy for adults in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri, with limited availability in Colorado. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, OCD, identity exploration, life transitions, and relationship or boundary concerns. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, and grounded in warm, direct, nonjudgmental care.

Therapy Philosophy

I believe therapy should feel human, honest, and useful. My approach is relational, affirming, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping clients better understand themselves, heal painful patterns, and build lives that feel more authentic and sustainable. I want clients to feel safe enough to be real, while also being supported toward meaningful change.

Special Training & Certifications

My work draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, trauma-informed CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I have extensive experience supporting LGBTQIA+ adults, trauma survivors, and clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, identity development, and nontraditional relationship structures, including polyamory and kink.
