A Little Healing offers compassionate, personalized therapy for women struggling with people-pleasing, low self-worth, boundaries, and self-compassion. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you understand the patterns that shaped you, reconnect with yourself, and create healthier, more empowered relationships with yourself and others.

Therapy Philosophy

I don't think the goal of therapy is to turn you into someone else. I think it's to get you back to a version of yourself that existed before you learned to shrink, smooth things over, and put your own needs last. That's not a personality flaw. It's a pattern you built for a reason — probably a good one, at the time. In our work together, we figure out where it came from, what it's costing you now, and what you actually want to do instead.
