Short Biography

Welcome! Take a moment to take a deep breath. This is space where you can show up as you are. I specialize in intergenerational trauma, childhood trauma, complex PTSD, and attachment wounds. I work with individuals who may also be experiencing anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions. I seek to create a space where healing can occur through self exploration, processing of the past, and finding new coping mechanisms. Whether you're feeling stuck or needing a space that's just yours, I'm here to support you! I am able to practice in MN, OH, and AZ.

Therapy Philosophy

I use a client-centered approach that involves exploring your unconscious thoughts, feelings, and interactions with the world. We'll uncover any patterns from your childhood that are impacting your relationships and day to day living. I'll work alongside you to explore your habits and decisions, and help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself. As your therapist my role is to create a space where you can truly feel seen and understood. I know how hard it may feel to have a safe space when you may never have had one before. I invite you to take things at your own pace and to show up just as you are. If you think I'm a good fit for you, please email me and we'll set up a free 15 minute consultation.
