Short Biography

Feeling more exhausted, off, anxious, or working overtime just to hold it together? You might be wondering whether life is supposed to feel this hard. Your brain never slows down, you feel everything so deeply it’s hard to explain, or you’ve become a pro at trying to fit in by tucking parts of yourself away to get through. You have come to the right place; I help preteens, teens, and adults who are autistic, ADHD, high-achieving and/or gifted, and anyone overwhelmed by daily life to explore boundaries that honor your capacity, express your inner world, and find practical strategies to build a life that feels intentional & aligned.

Therapy Philosophy

Therapy can be validating, challenging, educational, and joyful. My approach is grounded in warmth, authenticity, and creating a nurturing space that can serve as a container to hold difficult emotions. Beyond talk therapy techniques, I believe in the power of creative expression, nature, and play at all ages as transformative tools for self-discovery.

Special Training & Certifications

I also specialize in sexuality and gender-related care, including navigating identity and labels that feel expansive or restrictive, transition, dysphoria/euphoria, finding community, and mitigating systemic harm (WPATH - SOC 9 and informed consent model). I have additional advanced training in neurodivergent-affirming therapy for ADHD and Autism, expressive arts, trauma-informed care, and ethics.
