Therapy Philosophy
Hi there—I’m a non-traditional, actual human kind of therapist who blends clinical skills with humor, humanity, and a direct approach. If you’re ready to dig in and do the work, I’ve got you! My lived experience includes endometriosis, infertility, being a foster parent, mama to a child with Type One Diabetes, and walking alongside a spouse who survived cancer (twice). I also bring years of experience in education and executive leadership. I use a trauma-informed, integrative approach with CBT, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, EMDR, IFS, mindfulness, and Enneagram work (if you’re into that).
