Short Biography

Immediately taking clients as of 3/29/26. Hi! I’m Ashley Camacho, an EMDR, Gottman Level 1, and Mindfulness trained LAC. I’m passionate about helping people reach their authentic selves and decreasing trauma/anxiety in daily life. I support by creating a therapeutic space where you can explore your story, accept who you are, and take control of your life. My approach is rooted in positive psychology, existentialism, empowerment, and inner child work. I have a Telehealth Women's Group 6pm every Wednesday.

Therapy Philosophy

I help with negative thinking patterns, anxious or tense bodies, and feeling stuck in your own head. A typical plan includes building awareness, calming your nervous system, and challenging unhelpful thoughts. You can expect more clarity, self-trust, and tools to handle life with confidence and ease. These are ways to bring control into your life you didn't think were possible before.
