Short Biography

I am a Malaysian-Chinese, Third-Culture Kid/Adult, first-generation immigrant in America, oldest sibling in an interracial and intercultural marriage with another oldest sibling, and a decolonising/reconstructing person of faith.

Therapy Philosophy

I bring all of my authenticity, intuition, and creativity in me to welcome all of you, from the known and familiar parts to the hidden and unspoken parts, into the brave space we get to create together in therapy. My approach is grounded, creative, and culturally responsive. It integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), experiential therapy, Brainspotting, and creative arts therapies. Therapy with me is not just about symptom relief; it's about reclaiming the parts of yourself that were quieted to survive.
