Short Biography

When working with me, you can expect a space that is both deeply compassionate and gently challenging. I show up as a real human in the room: warm, engaged, and attuned. I believe therapy works best when it’s relational and we have trust between us. Together, we’ll make sense of your anxiety, controlling behaviors, relationship patterns, trauma responses, and emotional blocks without shame or pathologizing how you learned to survive.

Therapy Philosophy

I’m an attachment trauma therapist and my goal is to help you reconnect with and trust yourself, build safer relationships, and create change that lasts.
