Short Biography

Starting therapy can feel intimidating—especially if you grew up in a culture where emotional struggles were minimized or therapy was never discussed. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck between navigating family expectations, parenting stress, or the emotional weight of intergenerational patterns while trying to find your own sense of identity. Feeling unsure how to prioritize yourself or where you truly fit and seeking healing that honors both your lived experience and cultural values. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to carry this alone and learn the tools to navigate both worlds. I specialize in working with adult children of immigrants experiencing anxiety, trauma, parenting challenges, and intergenerational trauma. I offer culturally responsive, compassionate therapy focused on building self-acceptance, emotional safety, and meaningful change. I also integrate Art Therapy to support expression when words feel hard to access. You don’t have to navigate this alone. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, understood, and empowered. When you’re ready, I would be honored to support you on your healing journey.
