Short Biography

I believe that therapy is an individual, unique, and empowered process for each client that allows them to recognize their inner strengths and workings. Each client has their own answers that they are searching for and struggles they are trying to overcome in their daily life. During the process of therapy, I strive to help clients develop an increased sense of autonomy and purpose in order to create movement toward these answers. In succession, I help clients develop healthy ways of coping with stressors, as life is inevitably filled with difficulties and obstacles. I work with adults with depression, anxiety, bipolar dx, trauma hx, relational issues, and adjustment issues. I have worked with clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including clinics and facilities. Older adults/adults with physical conditions are specialities of mine. I complete disability paperwork. I provide consultation to therapists.

Therapy Philosophy

Through therapy, I want to help my clients reduce negative thoughts/behaviors and create more effective and adaptive thought patterns that allow for healthy living. My goal is to help clients achieve a stable, long-lasting sense of self that encompasses all areas of life by providing a safe and supportive environment through which clients can thrive.
