Short Biography

Hi! I am a trauma, perinatal, and infant/early childhood specialist supporting women, pregnant and postpartum people, and new parents in-person in Long Beach and online throughout California. I am a certified EMDR trauma therapist and incorporate parts work/inner child healing, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and somatic therapy to help clients heal from painful experiences. And I use attachment-focused parent-infant therapy to help caregivers support their young children's development and create thriving family relationships.

Therapy Philosophy

I practice with intersectional feminist, liberation-oriented, trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and gentle/responsive/conscious parenting frameworks. I am queer-affirming and celebrating and enjoy supporting folks in their LGBTQ+ family-building journeys.
