Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Athabasca University and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Mohawk College. With over 8 years of experience in the Education field, she is passionate about fostering relationships and creating inclusive communities. Aayesha brings a person-centred approach, with a focus on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy. She also approaches her practice with a mindfulness focus and interventions.
