Dr. Nicole McKelvey, PsyD is a Licensed Psychologist in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Dr. McKelvey has worked with individuals across the lifespan, and is interested in the intersection of physical and mental health concerns. She has experience working with adults and youth with chronic medical issues, trauma, and neurodevelopment concerns.

Therapy Philosophy

When it comes to therapy, I look at the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative approach. I plan to work with you on developing goals and tools to help you succeed and improve your overall quality of life. I incorporate techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness based approaches to help each person live their life to the fullest.

American Diabetes Association -Diabetes for Mental Health Professionals, ARFID assessment, ADHD and Autism assessment, additional training in providing neuroaffirming assessments and assessments for BIPOC and AFAB communities.
