Short Biography
I provide Equine assisted therapy to children, teens and adult women with autism, ADHD, and anxiety. I combined IFS parts work and somatic experience with equine assisted therapy. I am located in Gilbert, AZ and I do not take insurance. My sessions are between $140-$190 and I offer a sliding scale if needed. I enjoy working with teens and young adults to overcome body image concerns, anxiety, and relationship problems.
Therapy Philosophy
My therapy philosophy is rooted in a collaborative, client-centered approach that integrates Equine-Assisted Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and somatic techniques. I focus on helping clients build self-awareness, regulate emotions, and strengthen the mind-body connection while developing practical skills for lasting change. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can heal from past experiences, improve relationship patterns, and grow into a more confident and secure version of themselves.
Special Training & Certifications
I am a certified trauma professional with training in parts work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic experiencing. I am trained in The Icarus Model® of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP).
