Short Biography
Hello! I am a Clinical Social Worker and I am licensed in 5 states; Arizona, Nevada, Missouri, Illinois, and Mass. Clients describe me as warm, honest, and grounded. I show up with transparency and without judgment, so you can show up as you are, messy, uncertain, in progress. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear “goal” to get started.
Therapy Philosophy
My approach is collaborative, not forceful. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, not some treatment plan or pressure to “go deep” before you’re ready. Your comfort and consent matter in every part of the process. My role isn’t to push you, it’s to walk alongside you. This is your journey and I am here to: To hold space. To offer insight. And to support your healing, one step at a time.
Special Training & Certifications
I have been trained in EMDR, Trauma-informed care, Mindfulness, Safe & Sound Protocol, and Polyvagal.
