Short Biography

Hi, I’m Pallavi, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona, dedicated to helping individuals discover their most authentic selves. With a passion for mental health, self-discovery, and personal growth, I provide compassionate support to guide you toward healing and fulfillment. With a career in healing that began in 2006, I specialize in holistic healing practices, including Yoga and Hypnotherapy. My journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of mind-body wellness to help you achieve lasting transformation and emotional balance. After transitioning into the Clinical Mental Health Counseling field, I focused on supporting individuals with disordered personality traits, complex trauma (both generational and individual), and those struggling with perfectionism and high achieving tendencies.
